I am a faculty member at the Department of Mathematical Sciences at the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez (UPRM). My research lies at the intersection of applied mathematics, mathematical modeling of infectious diseases, and computational analysis, with a strong focus on addressing public health challenges. I am committed to interdisciplinary collaboration, integrating tools from epidemiology, data science, and control theory to generate actionable insights for public health decision-making.
